Krystal Savanella Designs wants all of their clients to have a pleasant shopping experience. Please read our terms and policies carefully. Shipping - All items are shipped via FedEx/UPS or USPS Ground or equivalent. For faster shipping, please mention the service you would like in the notes at check out. We will bill you for the difference.
- For faster service, you may call our office between 10am and 5pm Monday through Friday PST.
- All in stock orders ship within 2 business days. If your item is on back order, you will be notified by email within 24 hours as to the expected ship date. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so in writing to: sales@savanella.com
Exchanges and Returns - Krystal Savanella Designs can only accept exchanges and returns within 25 days of purchase.
- You must request a return authorization via email: info@savanella.com
- Returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will not include shipping charges.
- Exchanges will re-ship within 2 business days of receipt via ground or parcel post at no additional charge – if you would like it to reship quicker, please email our sales staff: sales@savanella.com Additional freight charges will apply – and you must pay the emailed invoice via PayPal before your replacement is processed
Refunds - Refunds are processed within 5 business days after: receipt and inspection of goods; proper investigation and authorization of the complaint etc.
